1. What is a roller?
The sprocket body for the carrier is crafted with meticulous precision using premium materials like 40Mn2, 40MnB, and 50Mn, selected to address the varied demands of different operational environments. The wheel body undergoes a structured forging and normalization process, followed by an advanced spray heating and quenching technique. This ensures the tread surface reaches a hardness of HRC52 to HRC62, with a hardened layer depth of 7-10mm and a minimum hardness of HRC45.

The floating oil seal we use is carefully crafted from high hardness and wear-resistant chromium aluminum alloy, paired with elastic rubber O-rings, and effectively enhances the wear resistance of the track surface through medium frequency quenching technology, ensuring that every detail can withstand the test of time.

The axis is made of carefully selected 45 # round steel material, which has undergone dual heat treatment processes of quenching and intermediate frequency surface quenching, resulting in a surface hardness of HRC52-60. The hardness layer penetrates 3-6 millimeters, demonstrating excellent comprehensive performance, and every detail reveals our ultimate pursuit of precision.
Long lifespan:
After welding, the supporting wheel body is precision machined using a vertical CNC lathe to ensure accurate concentricity of the inner ring. Compared to the method of precision machining and welding of half wheel bodies, this process can better ensure uniform contact inside the wheel body, avoid the problem of rapid local wear, and greatly improve the service life of the product, making you more at ease and trustworthy.
